Brief Company History

Ajuua was first opened in 1998 by Liberato Garcia. The mission was to convert a successful mom and pop restaurant to a family owned franchise, a vision that the eldest son, Ricardo Garcia forsaw. The Garcia family moved to Colorado to launch their dream in 1998, opening the first restaurant in Boulder, Colorado.

Today, Ajuua has grown to four restaurants, and has been voted "Best Mexican Restaurant" by The Denver Post, CitySearch.com (Colorado), Colorado Homes & Lifestyles Magazine and The Daily Camera. AJUUA has also been voted "Best Margarita" by CitySearch.com.
